1. Returns
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all brand tags intact.
- Items purchased on clearance or during a final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/color.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/store credit, depending on your preference).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a faulty or incorrect item).
