1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • For customized or bespoke dress detailing, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for our designers to craft your piece before shipment.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping options to ensure your garments reach you wherever you are. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • 📦 Standard Shipping: Delivers within 5 to 7 business days to major international destinations (US, UK, and Europe).
  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 3 to 5 business days for urgent orders.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sellbay Explorings is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes applied to your order during international transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 hours on the carrier’s network.

5. Damages & Wrong Addresses

  • Incorrect Addresses: We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
