Returns & Exchange

At Sellbay Explorings, we stand behind the quality of our fashion collections and custom designs. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygienic reasons, altered or final clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Request an Exchange (Size or Color)

If a dress doesn’t fit you perfectly or you want to swap it for a different color, the process is simple:

  1. Contact our support team via email at sellbayexplorings@gmail.com or send us a text on WhatsApp at +44 7715 406261.
  2. Provide your Order Number and mention the new size or design you require.
  3. Once we approve your exchange, pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We will dispatch your new exchange item as soon as the original product passes our inspection.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in inspection, but if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or completely incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Attach a clear photograph or short video of the defect in your email/WhatsApp.
  • We will cover all shipping costs for replacements in case of faulty products.

4. Refund Process

  • If you prefer a full refund instead of an exchange, we will inspect the returned item and notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • For standard size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
